Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Intervention Training Begins September 13th.
Women’s Resource Center, trains volunteers for hotline – and sexual assault response team.
Oceanside, CA – An intensive 60-hour training for hotline volunteers will start on Saturday, September 13th, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30: p.m., at the Women’s Resource Center in Oceanside, 1963 Apple Street. The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Intervention course will run four Saturdays (all day), and every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 9:30 p.m., in September. “How we respond to victims of domestic violence can determine their next choice to seek safety from their abusers,” says Arnita Moore, Community Education Specialist.
